Accredited through Edexcel, the BTEC Level 2 Sport qualifications are on the new QCF and equivalent to 1, 2 and 4 GCSE’s grades A*-C. These new specifications still have the same GCSE equivalency to the old NQF qualifications and in addition, there is a new 1 GCSE equivalency option.

All the courses are non-examinable and require the completion of a number of assignments covering numerous topics including Sports Leadership Skills, Health & Safety in Sport and the Sports Industry.
