The benefits of e-learning are well documented. 24/7 access to learning materials, reduced course costs and minimal time spent away from the workplace, are just some of the benefits.
We fully support the benefits and we are approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to deliver Management, Leadership and Leadership & Management qualifications as Levels 2, 3 and 4, primarily offering units which can be delivered by this method.
We use an innovative e-portfolio/e-learning system, approved by ILM, to deliver these qualifications. Currently available are Team Leading Level 2 and First Line Management Level 3. Coming soon will be the Leadership & Management Level 3 qualification which combines units from both qualifications.
In addition, over 30 of the units can be taken on a stand-alone basis with the options of e-learning training only for CPD purposes, or assessment and unit accreditation, being available.
