As part of the National Skills Academy government initiative and a subsidiary of SkillsActive, the Sector Skills Council for active leisure and learning, the National Skills Academy for Sport & Active Leisure represents an exciting evolution in workforce training.
Designed by the industry, they have been set up to meet employer needs and fill their specific skills gaps. They will ensure higher standards, better career opportunities and a more professional approach to training in the sector.
Sports Coach Training Global was approved as a Training Provider by the National Skills Academy for the Sport and Active Leisure sector in May 2009 under the strand of Leisure Operation and Management, and are approved for a number of qualifications which have been identified by employers as training needs for their organisation’s.
The qualifications and information sheets are as follows:
Team Leading Level 2 (Award/Certificate/Diploma)
First Line Management Level 3 (Award/Certificate/Diploma)
Levels 2 and 3 Leadership & Management Unit Accreditation
