Where there is a option to pay online for our courses an individual can make payment 24/7 through the links provided on our payment page.


We use the Paypal secure payment system and fully comply with the terms and conditions regarding online payment facilities. These policies are detailed below.

Privacy Policy


The customer information we collect is the full name, address and email. This information is used to ensure that payments received match up to the booking forms we receive for our courses.


We are registered with the Information Commissioner under the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and do not share this information with any other party unless instructed to do so by court orders.


The security procedures we have in place to protect the loss, misuse of this information is in accordance with the requirements of the Information Commissioner.


The information is only that provided by individuals who provide us with the information in the first instance. Any inaccuracies in the information should be notified to us either through the contact us section of this web site or by email, telephone or in writing through the contact information provided on the ‘Contact Us’ page.


We do not under any circumstances keep any financial details of our customers on record apart from when the order form is used. When an individual purchases access to one of our courses the financial details required to purchase access are provided to Paypal only. We do not receive these details from Paypal. When the order form is used to make payment then the financial details provided to allow us to collect payment through the Paypal system are shredded once payment has been authorised. We do keep a record of the last 4 digits of a payment card number for 14 days after payment is approved. This is in case a refund, either in full or in part, is required, in which case the card used must be the same one to which the payment was made.

Places that have been booked ofr a course will be deemed ‘provisional’ until such time that the full amount has been paid. If a deposit has been made against a course then the balance of the full payment must be made in advance of the commencement of the course.


Refund Policy (Top of Page)


Full details of all our courses for which payment can be made online through Paypal are provided in the respective course information screens. Therefore customers should ensure that the course they are purchasing is the correct course before they make the purchase.

A refund will be considered if the purchaser of one of our courses can show that they have, within 14 days of the purchase being made, clearly show that they have purchased the wrong course by mistake. The refund will be made through the Paypal system if that was the method used to purchase. If the order form has been used to make the purchase then the payment card used to make the purchase will be credited.


Cancellation Policy (Top of Page)


Customers wishing to cancel an order that has been placed may do so within 14 days of the order. Under these circumstances a full refund will be provided if payment has been taken less an administration fee which is clearly shown on the payment page prior ot making the payment.
