Sports Global move to new offices.
The company has now moved to a new office suite in Lostock, just 5 minutes from our old home at Bolton Arena. Being just a stones throw away from the Arena allows us to continue to use the facilities and the increased office space allows capacity for our planned future expansion.

Sports Global received a Commendation in the International category of the 2011 Bolton News/Bury Times Annual Business Awards.
The awards were presented by snooker legend Steve Davies and our photo shows Director Pete Rutherford and some of the staff from Sports Globals’ UK office with the Commendation certificate.

MD Speaks at Times of India Conference.
Sports Global Managing Director and Director of new subsidiary company, Educational Solutions Consultancy, took to the stage at the Times of India event in May.
The event was held at The Grand Hotel in New Delhi and was organised by Edexcel International and The Times of India. Over 200 Principles from schools in the Delhi area heard Phil, and other invited speakers, talk about the benefits of vocational education for young people.

During visits to India to explore partnership oportunities to promote our core values of Quality, Success and Partnership, Directors Pete Rutherford and Phil Worthington presented Awards to academy students from Ryders Sports Academy and are seen here with the academy staff.

The International Football Studies program in which Sports Global are a partner, saw two of the students recently represent their countries in the African Youth Cup of Nations at U17 and U19..

A donation was recently made to Children Today charity by SCT Global Staff. This charity raises funds to provide specialised equipment for children and young people throughout the uk

Young Apprentice’s from Cohort 4 and 5 decided to hold a ten pin bowling fund raising event for the Variety Club of Great Britain. Over £1200 was raised!

Lauren Dobson, one of our Y11 Young Apprentice’s, was named ‘Young Apprentice of the Year at the Greater Manchester Apprenticeship awards at a glitzy ‘Oscars Style’ reception, at Manchester Town Hall. Lauren now goes on to the North West final and possibly the National Final in London if successful. Myles McGrillen also reached the final three and has ‘Highly Commended’ – Their Awards were presented by former Blue Peter presenter Konnie Huq.
